1. Tandoori Chicken :

This is a great dish as it tastes even better the next day with the combination of healthy ingredients. Can also be made with lamb or goat but is just as delicious with chicken. 10. Ambur Chicken biryani :
This is one of the most well known south Indian biryani variety from Ambur,Chennai Tamilnadu.
